Suqair works without an account. A random ID in a cookie on this device links your visit together.
What Suqair keeps
- Your conversation with Suqair, so it can carry on where you left off.
- Trip details you choose to share: dates, who is travelling, interests, budget, pace and the area you are staying in.
- Your plan and your bookings.
- Which Suqair QR code you scanned, such as an airport terminal, so the city can see which entry points help visitors most.
What Suqair never asks for
Your name, phone number, email address, passport details or home address.
Who sees what
Suqair uses AI language models from third-party providers, reached through OpenRouter, to understand your questions and reply, so what you type in the chat is sent to them. Some providers of free models may keep what is sent to them, so please don't share personal details in the chat.
When you confirm a booking, its details go to the partner that runs the experience. Bookings in this prototype use a sandbox partner, so no real booking or payment is made. Usage statistics, such as how many plans or bookings were made, contain no personal details.
Delete your data
This removes your conversation, preferences, plan and bookings from Suqair straight away. Anonymous usage statistics remain, but are no longer linked to you. Deleting your data cancels any holds you have not confirmed, and confirmed bookings stay with the partner, who you contact with your voucher.
